WOYWW - What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday

Welcome back y'all to another edition of What's On Your Workdesk? Wedensday!  For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, jump over to Julia's Spot to find out.

As you can see, I've got another clean desk for you this week!  It's two am and I haven't really gotten started on my Wednesday create-a-mess just yet as I had a rather late date night with the Hubby on Tuesday.  I am however set up and ready to go (after I wake up and start the day of course).

I have my required glass of Mountain Dew (in a Coke glass which gives me the giggles every time I think about it), a line of new Adirondack Paint Dabber's I picked up from Tuesday Morning Monday, and several projects that I am hoping to work on later today and tomorrow.

There's a deck of playing cards that I am painting and using to make a present for Hubby, my Documented Life Project journal (the big one on the bottom of the stack), and the two envelopes are two journals from my Traveling Art Journal group.  The small Dylusions journal that is center is my attempt at a weekly non-project journal.  It's not working out well as a weekly thing but I am working on it as I get the time.  Be sure to check out my post this Thursday to see what I'm currently working on!

That beautiful pen pouch to the side was a super fabulous win from Alisa Burke's Birthday Giveaway last year.  I use it to tote my favorite pens and pencils and it goes everywhere with me.

Since y'all have been such good sports about my clean workspace the past several weeks, I've decided to include another picture for y'all to have a good snoop in!

This is what's under my table!!!  Yes indeed - all of that gets put away on Friday mornings as well as whatever has cluttered up my table!  Crazy I know.

On the left is my big box of stamps and stencils as well as my heat tool.  On top of that is a box with a few random bits and bobs - right now it's got some newspaper that I'll use later in between journal pages and on top of that is another small box that contains my Itty Bitty stamps from Unity Stamp Co.

The 3-tiered thing in the middle is a recent acquisition.  I actually found it randomly on the side of the road this weekend and turned around to go pick it up.  Totally usable.  It had 3 wheels on it but I removed them for right now.  I'm hoping to spruce it up soon with a new coat of paint (turquoise!) and some new casters.  It's perfect for holding some of my stash and I just couldn't pass it up!  It's currently housing my new papers and inks from the rest of my Tuesday Morning haul until I put them up properly.  The pink box contains my Zentangle Kit.

To the right of that are more boxes!  Random bits and bobs in the top box and more stamps in the Priority Mail box!  The very last thing in the the picture is a trunk I got from Michael's that holds all of my Dylusions and Distress Sprays, Distress Paints, more ink pads, and a bunch of other little bitty things.

I hope y'all have enjoyed your snoop!  I'm going to try my best to be more diligent about getting back to folks this week.  It's been stupid busy at work lately but I promise to try my best!  Thanks for stopping by!

Happy crafting y'all!

  1. Thanks for letting us have a peep under your desk. What a great find that three tier jobbie. Ideal. I used to have such a thing in the kitchen which I used for my vegetables.
I'm curious about the (altered?) playing cards.... Looking forward to seeing what you create next.
    Have a good week,

  5. Thanks for the snoop under your desk and what a find, what is someone else's trash is another persons treasure for sure. Good for you and I am sure it is happy in your home, knowing it still has a life of usage and be wanted. love the colour choice, now don't forget to share your re-vamped storage when spruced up. I do love those journal covers on top of your desk too.

  6. The thing under the table looks really useful. I have a veggie rack on wheels and use that to store ink pads and the like, great as I can wheel it to wherever I need it.
Have a great week and happy crafting, Angela x 24

  7. Beautiful space you have there. I also ran out to TM and now have a wonderful selection of the Adirondack acrylic dabbers. I know that they are discontinuing the line, but I must say the dabber work really well for these tired old hands.
Thanks for letting us snoop around.
    Happy WOYWW, thanks for sharing
