Luck of the Irish - Artist Trading Cards

Happy Monday y'all!  Today I'm sharing a St. Paddy's Day themed ATC I made (for a swap of course).

I started out by stamping some tiny clovers from Inkadinkado (onto a strip of mixed media paper) and then sprayed Tattered Angels Chalkboard Glimmer Mist in Martini to color.

Then I stamped the Top Hat from Tim Holtz's Blue Prints "High Society" (not the minis) set and sprayed with Dylusions Ink Spray in Cut Grass.

I cut every one of those shamrocks and top hats out - which was very tedious but I had a plan!

I made my background from strips of green washi tape from my  stash.

I found an Irish Blessing on Google, typed it up and printed it out.  I inked around the Blessing with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and then adhered everything to my background.  I added a tiny gold brad to the center of each shamrock to complete these ATCs!

As we celebrate everything Irish and Green tomorrow, I leave you with this...

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always b at your back.
May the sun shine upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your filds.
And until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Happy Crafting y'all!
